Welcome to Arthur L. Johnson High School, home of the Crusaders!
Located in Clark, NJ, Arthur L. Johnson High School (ALJ) strives to meet the needs and interests of nearly 800 students from the communities of both Clark and Garwood.
I hope the summer was relaxing and spent among st family and friends. It is my honor and privilege to serve as Principal of Schools for Arthur L. Johnson High School. Arthur L. Johnson is marked by an incomparable commitment to educational excellence and deeply enriched by a supportive school community of students, faculty, parents and staff. Together, we will continue to assist all students in preparing them for the highest academic and emotional standards in preparation for success in an evolving global society.
ALJ has a long-standing tradition of involving positive school culture, dynamic academics, athletics, and community involvement. The learning process is viewed as a fluid constantly look for new programs and adaptations to meet the needs of our students. Arthur L. Johnson High School is an accredited member of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools.

The teaching staff uses their web pages as a window into the classroom, to keep both parents and students informed and up-to-date. Most forms and communications with parents and students are also posted on the website.
